📝 I don’t work anywhere, i.e. I don’t have my own income now. What will the alimony amount be in this case?
💡Answer: In the absence of a permanent income, the amount of alimony will be determined by the minimum wage. To date, the minimum wage is 822,000 soums. As we reported earlier, the minimum amount of alimony for one child cannot be less than 26.5% of the minimum wage = 217830 soums. This is the minimum amount required for payment.
📌 Thus, regardless of the lack of a permanent income, 217830 soums must be paid by you every month for the maintenance of the child.
