❓❗️A question from a subscriber:

📝 I am registered in the house which is registered in the name of my father-in-law but actually my husband’s house. If he wants to evict me with my will I be able to continue living in this house through the court and by its desicion? Will I be able to build a separation wall for myself?

💡The answer:

📌 You, as a person permanently residing in this house, will be able to continue living in that house with your minor children on an equal basis with the owner of the house (unless otherwise agreed upon when you registered in). That is, they cannot evict you.

📌 The right to use the residential facility is reserved for you even in case of termination of family relations between you and the owner of the property. The procedure for using the residential facility is determined by mutual consent between the owner of the house and you as a person permanently residing in his house.

📌What about the construction of the wall, you can implement your idea also only with the consent of the owner and other persons permanently residing in that house.

📌 If the dispute between you and the owner of the house about the use of residential premises has not been settled by reaching an agreement, then this dispute is resolved in court.
