💡 A subsidy is provided for the construction of a dormitory for students on the basis of a public-private partnership. A subsidy to a private partner for the implementation of projects for the construction of student dormitories is allocated in the amount of 50 percent of the cost of one place according to the design and estimate documentation for the construction of a dormitory, in an amount not exceeding 100 BCA.
📌 At the same time, a tender is being held among entrepreneurs for the implementation of projects.
After the public-private partnership agreement is entered into the register of PPP projects, the private partner submits an application to the public partner for granting a subsidy.
📌 The state partner reviews the application within 3 working days (with additional research — 10 working days) and sends it to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education.
📌 The Ministry, within 5 working days, considers the submitted application and signs an agreement on the provision of a subsidy with the state partner.
🔹 At the first stage, within 2 working days for the construction of a dormitory, a subsidy in the amount of 15 percent of the total cost of a student dormitory is provided to the private partner by the public partner.
🔹 At subsequent stages, within 3 working days from the date of signing the act of completed work, a subsidy is provided in the amount of 50 percent of the work performed, taking into account the funds allocated at the first stage.
📌 In 2022-2025, the republic provides for the construction of 228 (47 this year) student dormitories (for 400 places).
